Greetings
A [Healthy Business Society] is impossible without a [Healthy
Human Society], as these two are closely interdependent on each other.
But, it is fact that we are facing a lot of problems on our planet,
which is a container of so many different cultures. In order to solve
these problems and to make a peaceful society on this planet, the thing
that needs to be considered first, is to practice a culture of thinking
on [Other's Stand]. Many possibilities will appear
if we change our position from our stand to our Clients' stand and try
to realize their situation. As for example, if we see this earth from
some where in this wide universe, there will be seen a beautiful blue
planet which is also a united family of our human being.
As the CEO of ITA that deals with mainly Information Technology, I would
like to take on new challenges to build up systems, what may also have
impact on building up a rich human society. With a motive to overcome
the wall of geographical and cultural identity, I am continuing my effort
to make the environment in our company where the staffs get a learning
opportunity "to be a good listener" to our Clients.
It is the practice to realize the client's situation and requirements,
what helps us to come to the doorstep of our clients with the system
that they are exactly looking for.
